Advance Step International Manpower Services Inc. seeks a Stock/Inventory Controller to manage and reconcile inventory in a warehouse setting in Metro Manila.

The role involves receiving, labeling and recording stock, maintaining accuracy across physical and digital records, and coordinating with purchasing and shipping teams. The candidate will perform regular cycle counts, generate stock reports, and help ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintains accurate stock levels through receiving, labeling and recording incoming/outgoing products.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, unloads, inspects, and shelves incoming inventory.
• Updates inventory software with daily transactions (purchases, shipments, moves).
• Conducts regular physical counts and cycle counts to reconcile with digital records.
• Generates reports on stock levels and identify damaged or surplus items.
• Coordinates with purchasing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely deliveries.
