• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in logistics or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
• Oversee receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials and products with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Materials Control Department to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data, and prepare management reports.
• Provide recommendations to management on logistics strategies, performance trends, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop logistics team members to achieve departmental objectives.
