Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an Import Coordinator in Metro Manila to oversee end-to-end import operations from order placement to warehouse delivery. You will coordinate with overseas suppliers, the Purchasing Team, brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely arrivals.

The role requires experience in import logistics and handling B/Ls, packing lists, and invoices, with strong communication and schedule management skills. On-site work with standard office tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in import, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience handling import documents (B/L, packing list, invoice).
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers and overseas suppliers.
• Proficient with MS Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage import operations from order placement to warehouse arrival.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, Purchasing Team, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Review Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Monitor shipment progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and resolve clearance issues.
