Job summary

Nextgen Metals Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a Logistics Staff to manage end-to-end export logistics on-site.

You will coordinate carrier bookings, prepare shipping documents, monitor vessel schedules, and ensure timely, accurate execution of export activities in line with company procedures and international shipping requirements. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, and strong skills in ERP/LMS/TMS, Excel, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of logistics/export/freight experience.
• Experience in scrap metal trading or commodity exports is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP, LMS, TMS, Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export logistics, carrier bookings, and shipping docs.
• Monitor vessel schedules and carrier advisories; maintain master tracker.
• Prepare and review Shipping Instructions and Bills of Lading.
• Update ERP, LMS, and TMS with booking numbers and milestones.
• Generate daily to monthly logistics reports; escalate risks.
• Communicate with shipping lines, forwarders, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
