Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Journey Officer to oversee and enhance the performance of the logistics dispatch operations team in Taguig. The role focuses on ensuring road safety compliance, maximizing truck utilization, and maintaining high customer service levels through on-time delivery.

The incumbent will monitor driver behavior with IVMS, track fleet availability and TAT, and address bottlenecks with data-driven insights to improve overall fleet productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in business, engineering or any other related disciplines.
• Must have a minimum two (2) years experience in customer services roles.
• Proven exposure to transport and cargo handling, geography, port/customer operations, safety and security, and basic administration/economics.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks driver behavior utilizing IVMS, generates safety compliance data, provides evidence for incident investigations, and coordinates with transporter management and site operations to address driving infractions.
• Tracks daily fleet availability, turn-around times (TAT), and trip distances against target benchmarks. Validating delays, analyzing under-utilized trips, and detecting operational bottlenecks, providing data-driven insights to maximize overall fleet productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and tracks driver behavior utilizing the In‑Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS). Generates safety compliance data, provides evidence for incident investigations, and coordinates directly with transporter management and site operations to address driving infractions.

Requirements:
