Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage high volumes of daily emails from carriers, brokers, and internal teams onsite during the night shift. You will track loads, update ETAs, distribute BOLs, adjust schedules, and coordinate with freight and warehouse teams.

Candidates need 2+ years in logistics, strong MS Office skills, and problem solving; Salesforce/TMS experience is a plus.

• High-Volume Email Management: manage hundreds of operational emails daily.
• Problem-Solving: fast-thinking, consultative approach to handling disruptions.
• Tech Literacy: proficient with MS Office and multi-tasking across software tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of daily emails from carriers, brokers, warehouse personnel, and internal operations staff.
• Track live load updates and ETAs by coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
• Distribute Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation to carriers, brokers, and facilities.
• Process schedule updates, appointment reschedules, and pickup/delivery date adjustments across systems.
• Remove and reassign underperforming or canceled carriers from loads to maintain freight movement.
• Make limited outbound calls to resolve time-sensitive operational bottlenecks.
• Update records, load statuses, and interaction logs within TMS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Consult with internal freight and warehouse teams to identify workflow improvements and resolve root-cause challenges.

Your role

As a Logistics Coordinator, You Will

What You Need:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven operational success in a fast-paced environment.
• High-Volume Email Management: Proven ability to manage and resolve hundreds of operational emails daily with high speed and clarity.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Fast-thinking, consultative approach to handling shipping disruptions, carrier cancellations, and scheduling delays.
• Tech Literacy: PC proficiency using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and multi-tasking across software tools.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Prior operational background in the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or moving/storage industries.
• Hands-on experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational work experience.
