Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of contract administration and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a corporate setting.
• Exposure to logistics or supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an up-to-date database tracking all contracts and compliance status.
• Prepare, draft, and manage contracts from initiation to execution.
• Coordinate routing, review, and approval of contract documents.
• Secure bonds and insurance certificates and review for compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams to address terms, modifications, disputes, and warranties.
• Support pre-bid processes by coordinating with Procurement and Sales.
• Interpret contract provisions to align with business requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Deliver general administrative support to the division.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
