Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to oversee contract strategy and risk mitigation. You will lead negotiations, manage the contract lifecycle, and ensure compliance across regulatory and internal policies.

You will collaborate with legal and procurement teams, train junior staff, and analyze contract performance to drive improvements while maintaining accurate records and supporting dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in contract administration or management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in contract management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to align on contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on contract management.
