You will coordinate with outsourced legal counsel, assist in risk assessment, and maintain organized records for trucking, container yard, customs brokerage, and insurance operations; a bachelor’s degree and no prior experience required. This role offers a hybrid setup and negotiable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently pursuing.
• No prior experience required for entry-level role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accreditation requirements for clients and business partners.
• Review, monitor, and organize contracts, agreements, and MOAs.
• Coordinate with outsourced legal consultants, external counsel, and compliance professionals.
• Assist management in legal research, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and maintain corporate, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
• Support documentation related to customs, trucking, container yard, and insurance operations.
• Monitor permit renewals, accreditations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and compliance files.
• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, vendors, and partners as needed.
