Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal/supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Award Lifecycle: Oversee the evaluation, selection, and notification process for bids, proposals, and tender awards.
• Draft and Review Contracts: Prepare, review, and negotiate standard and complex commercial contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and amendments.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all awards and contracts adhere to corporate governance, local/international procurement laws, and ethical standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with department heads, legal counsel, and external vendors to resolve contract discrepancies or terms negotiations.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal or financial risks within proposed contracts and recommend appropriate safeguards or clauses.
• Record Keeping & Auditing: Maintain an organized, up-to-date repository of all active contracts, award notices, and compliance documentation for internal/external audits.
• Supervise Team: Lead, mentor, and evaluate junior contract specialists or procurement coordinators (if applicable).
