Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Administrator for an on-site role in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will manage contracts, compliance requirements, documentation, and approvals with oversight of procurement-related contracts and supplier agreements.
Required are 3–5 years of contract administration experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

We are looking for a Contracts & Compliance Administrator with 3–5 years of contract administration experience to manage contracts, compliance requirements, documentation, and approvals.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in contract administration and compliance.
Hands-on experience handling contracts, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Able to read and understand contract terms and conditions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
Able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Willing to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Prepare, review, issue, and maintain contracts and related documents.
Monitor contract status, approvals, renewals, and final execution.
Coordinate the routing, review, and approval of contract drafts.
Maintain accurate records and databases for contracts and compliance.
Obtain and monitor required bonds and certificates of insurance.
Review insurance and bond documents for compliance requirements.
Coordinate with Procurement and Sales teams regarding supplier and contractor contracts.
Assist with contract-related matters involving contract terms, change orders, modifications, warranties, and disputes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract and compliance concerns.
Assist in providing guidance to junior Contract Administrators when needed.
Provide general administrative support to the division.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
