Job summary

The Kallang Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics team member to support event setup and day-to-day operations across the precinct.

Job Description

The Logistics team provides event setup and operational support across The Kallang precinct, including equipment and furniture movement, seating and barricade setup, venue changeovers, back-of-house support, and event-day logistics. The team also carries out routine maintenance and upkeep of logistics equipment, while supporting ad-hoc operational requirements across multiple venues. The role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including odd hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics plan in the set up and tear down of event space.

• Maintain logistics equipment.

• Take inventory of logistics equipment and ensuring that equipment are well maintained and ready for use.

• Understand and follow company's Health and Safety and operational policies and procedures.

• All other reasonable and related tasks and responsibilities as requested by the management.

• Able to perform the physical and operational requirements with a positive working attitude and good attendance
