Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Kallang is seeking a Logistics cum Driver | Logistics Assistant to support incoming materials and warehouse operations.

You will handle deliveries, keep accurate records, and coordinate with Sales to ensure timely shipments. A Class 3 license is required; forklift license is an advantage. This is a permanent, full-time role with basic pay plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license (min 1 year driving experience).
• Able to support loading/unloading with proper handling methods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and record incoming materials and goods.
• Ensure materials/products are stored, labelled, and documented.
• Replenish raw materials for production using Kanban.
• Pack and record finished goods for outgoing deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory storage and 5S housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Sales to support order fulfilment and shipments.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy.
• Report material discrepancies to Team Leader or Purchasing.
• Assist with loading, unloading and securing goods.
• Maintain records for incoming/outgoing products, including items issued for repair or field service.
• Deliver/collect goods to/from customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with external warehouses on inventory movements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and record incoming raw materials and goods.


• Ensure materials and finished products are properly stored, labelled, and documented.


• Replenish raw materials for production using the Kanban system.


• Pack, label, and record finished goods for outgoing deliveries and shipments.


• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory storage, organisation, and housekeeping in line with 5S standards.


• Coordinate with the Sales team to support order fulfilment and arrange timely shipments.


• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and support periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.


• Report material discrepancies or defects to the Team Leader or Purchasing team.


• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing goods for transportation.


• Maintain proper records for incoming and outgoing products, including items issued for repair or field service.


• Perform delivery and collection of goods to and from customers, suppliers, outlets, and external warehouses safely and on time.
