Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Taguig is seeking a Logistics Associate to support SAP-based logistics transactions, inventory monitoring, and coordination with our 3PL warehouse.

You will work onsite at Bonifacio Global City from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, handling Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, packing lists, and data validation between SAP and the 3PL system. Responsibilities

• Check and post Goods Receipts for stock in SAP.
• Post stocks from VAS production, including materials usage.
• Process outbound deliveries and post Goods Issue in SAP.
• Print packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Create Delivery Orders and Inbound Delivery documents for intra-company transfers.
• Perform SAP transactions including transfer postings between stores.
• Review system transactions against Excel and emails for accuracy.
• Validate data between SAP and the 3PL system (S2S).
• Monitor 3PL postings in real time.
• Maintain and file hard-copy documents when required.

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Associate to support SAP-based logistics transactions, inventory monitoring, and coordination with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with SAP and Excel, with experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Check and post Goods Receipts for imported and local stocks from inbound deliveries in SAP

• Check and post stocks from Value Added Service (VAS) production, including issuance and consumption of bulk, packaging materials, and other components

• Process outbound deliveries, including posting Goods Issue and invoice generation in SAP

• Print required logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices based on customer requirements

• Create Delivery Orders/Inbound Delivery documents for intra-company stock transfers

• Perform other SAP transactions, including transfer postings between store locations

• Review system transactions against Excel files and email requests to ensure accuracy

• Conduct document-to-system validation and system-to-system (S2S) checking between SAP and the 3PL system

• Monitor transactions with the 3PL to ensure postings are completed accurately and in real time

• Maintain and file hard-copy documents when required

About you

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory management, supply chain, or related operations is an advantage

• Familiarity with SAP transactions and logistics processes is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data and reports

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and documents

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners

• Willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig

• Able to work the required 8:00 AM–5:00 PM day shift
