Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end operations on-site in Muntinlupa. The role demands strong process discipline to handle inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in logistics or supply chain, with SAP or similar ERP experience preferred and proficiency in Excel.

Work schedule is Monday to Saturday with a half-day Saturday and onsite work arrangement in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of logistics or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is preferred.
• Familiar with last-mile delivery coordination and shipment tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and goods movement transactions using SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with operational requirements.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment schedules and material availability.
• Process and validate goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments in SAP.
