Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/administration or related field required.
At least 6 months of logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and accuracy-focused with good timing.

Responsibilities

Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure correct stock is received.
Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
Handling stock procedures for fragile items per policy.
Unpacking items and arranging on shelves when needed.
Preparing client orders by gathering and loading stock.
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized facility.
Reporting breakages and spills; assisting teammates during lulls.

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
Reporting all breakages and spills.
Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, and Business Management.
Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
Willing to be assigned in: Alfamart Distribution Center, 3M Industrial Park, Barangay Prinza, Calamba City, Laguna (Alfamart DC Batino)
