KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generates repair order and ensures that all defects and damages identified are recorded in VIS and billed.


• Generates list of units for maintenance and ensures that all units will be billed.


• Generates from system storage for delivered and undelivered units


• Prepares request for billing for repair order; maintenance and special project


• Maintain department files


• Maintains updated prices and services duly signed by superiors and clients


• Coordinates with logistics supervisor for prices of special projects and trips


• Maintain quality workplace standard in the area

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Any Business Related Course


• Proficient in using MS Office Applications such as Excel


• Related experience in Logistics Operations in an advantage
