Duties and Responsibilities

• Generates repair order and ensures that all defects and damagesidentifiedare recorded in VIS and billed
• Generates list of units for maintenance and ensures that all units will be billed.
• Generates from system storage for delivered and undelivered units
• Prepares request for billingfor repair order; maintenance and special project
• Maintains updated prices and services duly signed by superiors and clients
• Coordinates withlogisticssupervisor for prices of special projects and trips
