TASK AGENCIES INC is hiring a Customer Care Representative for a local account in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role involves handling inquiries via multiple channels, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, prior call center experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; related qualifications are a plus.
Experience in customer service, call centre, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer needs and concerns.
Process customer requests including orders, returns, and account adjustments with accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow company policies to ensure compliance and consistent service quality.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to management.
Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
