Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Loans Service Delivery QA and Reconciliation Associate to join the Operations team in Taguig onsite. The role focuses on quality assurance across consumer lending products to ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and defined turnaround times.

The successful candidate will review loan applications and documents, identify discrepancies, and work with business units to correct gaps while supporting risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan applications, supporting documents, collateral records, and customer information for completeness and compliance with KYC and lending requirements.
• Conduct QA reviews across consumer lending products ensuring adherence to policies, guidelines, and turnaround times.
• Extract and analyze reports and loan files to identify discrepancies and risk exposures.
• Coordinate with business units to clarify findings and support correction of documentation gaps.
• Prepare QA checklists, validation results, and review reports within service levels.
• Contribute to operational compliance and risk management initiatives.
