Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Trainable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence during onboarding.
• Pre-evaluate loan applications within prescribed turnaround times.
• Perform duplicate checks against bank systems and bureau databases.
• Assess and recommend acceptability based on approved policies.
• Ensure all applications adhere to credit policies.
• Coordinate with Credit Officers and related teams as needed.
