Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Loans Service Delivery QA and Reconciliation Associate. The role conducts QA reviews across consumer lending products (Auto, Mortgage, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Salary Loans, and ROPA) to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and turnaround times.

You will identify risks, assist in corrective actions, and support risk mitigation while maintaining accuracy of lending processes.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation review skills
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving process improvements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan applications, supporting documents, and customer information for completeness and compliance
• Conduct QA reviews across consumer lending products to ensure adherence to policies and turnaround times
• Extract and analyze reports and loan files to identify discrepancies and risks
• Coordinate with business units to clarify findings and support timely corrections
• Prepare QA checklists and review reports within SLAs
• Support risk management and mitigations through accurate QA reviews
