Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• With 2 to 3 years of related work experience in Loans Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and analytical thinking.
• Willing to be assigned in BF Resort Village Branch.

Responsibilities

• Process loan releases, renewals, and payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Compute loan interests and applicable charges in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare loan-related documents, including promissory notes, disclosure statements, and official transaction records.
• Encode and maintain accurate loan information in the bank's core banking system.
• Coordinate with branches and business units to facilitate transaction processing and address inquiries.
• Monitor loan maturities, maintain organized records, and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
