Convergence Realty & Development Corporation in Makati City is hiring a full-time Housing Loan Specialist (Pag-IBIG) to support the Documentation Processing team. Based in our Makati City office, you will help ensure efficient and accurate processing of Pag-IBIG loan applications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in real estate or financial services.

• Coordinate title transfer and loan take-out activities with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor post-approval requirements to ensure timely loan release and property transfer.
• Provide general administrative support to the Documentation Processing team.

Reporting to the Documentation Processing Supervisor, this full-time Housing Loan Specialist (Pag-IBIG) role is responsible for providing support to the Documentation Processing team at Convergence Realty & Development Corporation. Based in our Makati City office, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of Pag-IBIG loan applications.

What you’ll be doing

• Receive and review Pag-IBIG loan application documents for completeness and accuracy
• Input loan application details into the company’s system.
• Communicate with customers to request any missing or additional information required
• Maintain organized filing systems for loan application documents
• Liaise with the Pag-IBIG Fund to follow up on the status of loan applications
• Manage post‑approval housing loan documentation and ensure completeness of all required documents.
• Process buyer’s title conversion in accordance with company processes.
• Coordinate title transfer and loan take‑out activities with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of post‑approval requirements to ensure successful loan release and property transfer.
• Provide general administrative support to the Documentation Processing team as needed
