Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Loans Processing Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee housing loan processing, bank coordination, takeout monitoring, documentation, and team operations. The role ensures efficient and accurate loan processing from submission to takeout, working closely with partner banks, Pag-IBIG, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, real estate financing, loan processing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of housing loans, bank procedures, loan documentation, and real estate financing.
• Experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in Pag-IBIG housing financing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housing loan processing through banks, Pag-IBIG, and in-house takeout arrangements.
• Coordinate with partner banks regarding loan approvals, documentary requirements, and loan releases.
• Monitor loan applications from submission through approval, documentation, and takeout.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, and problem loan accounts.
• Handle bank accreditation and renewal of partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
• Review and verify loan documents (Contracts to Sell, Deeds of Absolute Sale, Loan Agreements).
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper execution of buyer and developer documents.
• Maintain organized loan files (physical and digital).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, bank requirements, and regulations.
• Monitor loan takeouts and ensure proper recording of proceeds.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Collections on buyer accounts and concerns.
• Monitor aging of loan receivables and identify accounts needing action.
• Prepare takeout and receivables reports for management.
• Supervise Loan Officers / Bank Account Officers.
• Assign workloads and monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Prepare and maintain reports: Loan Status, Takeout Monitoring, Bank Performance, Pending/Problem Accounts, Aging.
• Provide management updates on loan performance and risks.
