You will coordinate with clients, dealers, and branch managers, monitor application status, and relay credit decisions. This role emphasises attention to detail and timely communication to ensure smooth booking and funding processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in loan documentation and file maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, officers, and branch staff.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.

Responsabilidades

• Document and record loan applications received for the day.
• Process accounts for review and booking.
• Monitor status of client applications and credit/background investigations; relay status to clients.
• Assist Account Officer in following up lacking requirements for booking.
• Ensure prompt relay of credit decisions to branch managers, clients, dealers, salesmen, brokers, and pre/post booking requirements.
• Facilitate signing of loan documents.
• Accept payments (loan amortization) via postdated checks, down payments, and fees.
• Relay deficiencies of loan documents for booking and forward to LAD.
• Maintain records and files of accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
