Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business; knowledge and experience in loan processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving and numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Validates completeness of loan documents
• Creates / maintains facility and collateral data
• Approves loan bookings
• Pays DST online and affixes DST on mortgage documents
• Endorses mortgage documents to Registration Unit
• Scan / verifies / uploads loan documents in DMI
• Endorses original documents to Securities Costudian
• Safekeeps Real Estate Mortgage / SPA for DOA accounts
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Other Loan Operations Related Functions
