Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Officer to ensure the timely booking of approved loans by conducting thorough document reviews and coordinating with clients to meet pre-booking requirements.

The role also collaborates with the Loans Administration Department for final loan document review to effect booking. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of home or mortgage loan documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related course.
At least 2 years' experience in handling documentation home or mortgage loans.
Willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by reviewing loan documents.
Coordinate with clients to ensure pre-booking loan requirements are met and with Loans Administration for final review of loan documents.
Assist the Sales Account Officer in handling client signing of loan documents and monitor post-booking loan deficiencies.
