Job summary

You will gather documents, validate submission details, enter data into loan portals, and provide timely corrections to prevent declines.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in loan lodgement or loan submission.
- At least 3 years combined back-office experience (Non-negotiable).
- College graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college.
- Experience in managing financial campaigns.
- Familiarity with Australian brokerage processes is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize required documents from brokers and clients.
- Proofread and validate loan submission details before lodgement.
- Input accurate information into various loan submission portals.
- Provide timely feedback to brokers regarding issues or discrepancies to prevent declines or deferrals.
- Maintain high standards of file management and documentation accuracy.
