Job summary

TRBank, Inc. is seeking a Loan Manager to drive sales across multiple channels and ensure loan release targets are consistently met.

You will implement programs launched for LMG, monitor adherence to policies, and guide a team through daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will lead the team to expand reach, maximize loan applications, and ensure proper documentation while coordinating with the Business Development Office for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business/administration/management/banking and finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing from banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and harmonize the team and prepare a sales and marketing plan aligned with revenue targets.
• Ensure approved strategies are implemented and provide feedback for policy improvements.
• Evaluate performances via the bank's framework and submit results as scheduled.
