Job Summary

The Loan Product Manager is responsible for managing loan products throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, and roll-out to post-launch monitoring, periodic review, and product redesign as needed. The role drives revenue growth and business volumes by developing and implementing programs and initiatives for the Bank's loan product offerings. It also reviews and evaluates existing policies, processes, and procedures to ensure alignment, consistency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan products from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll-out, post-launch monitoring, periodic review, and product redesign, as needed.
• Drive revenue growth and increase product volumes through the development and implementation of programs and initiatives for the Bank's loan product offerings.
• Review and evaluate existing policies to ensure alignment and establish controls that address identified risks.
• Review and evaluate existing processes and procedures to promote consistency and harmonization of practices, while recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support product development, enhancement, implementation, and monitoring activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in loan products, product management, lending, or related banking functions.
• At least 3 years of experience is preferred for Consumer Loans Product Management candidates.
• Candidates with experience in Program Financing and/or Structured Package arrangements may also be considered.
• Experience in handling Commercial or Consumer Loans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work with minimal supervision.
