GoTyme Bank Corporation is seeking a Lending Operations Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of Salary Loans and Loan Channelling. You will ensure accurate disbursement reconciliation, recording, roll-forwarding, and settlement while maintaining controls and regulatory compliance.

You will drive process improvements, partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, and lead automation initiatives to enhance service delivery, accuracy, and customer experience across the lending

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in lending operations and disbursement/recov‑ery processing.
• Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring abilities.
• Familiarity with Philippine lending regulations and practices.
• Experience launching or transitioning lending products and go-live support.
• Experience with maker-checker controls and audit remediation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end lending operations for Salary Loans and Loan Channelling.
• Establish ownership, maker-checker controls and service standards.
• Ensure accurate loan-level and transaction-level records with reconciliations.
• Monitor reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions; drive investigations and resolutions.
• Manage partner performance, funding and settlement per SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for compliant outcomes.
• Provide management information and reporting on volumes, turnaround times and risks.
• Support audits, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve scalability and CX.
