Job summary

UCPB Savings is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle loan documentation and related processes. The role involves preparing and reviewing loan and security documentation checklists based on approved media, ensuring controls are in place and risks are identified and reported according to regulatory and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business-related course.
• 1–2 years of work experience in loan documentation and systems, preferably in a banking institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews the applicable loan and security documentation checklist, based on approved transaction media and ensures that necessary controls are set and operational risks are properly identified, reported, and monitored under the regulatory and Bank policies and prepares documents endorsed for chopping.
• Advises Account Officers and provides a list of regulatory documents and other documents required by the Bank from the borrower through an Account Documentation Checklist (ADC); and
• Processes account for installation by checking the completeness and accuracy of the documents submitted by the Borrower against the ADC and recommends endorsement of account for installation to the Loans Accounting Division as requested by the Account Officers upon being satisfied the request is per the Bank's policies.
