Quezon Capital Rural Bank Inc. is seeking a Loan Specialist to assist clients through processing, documentation, and loan consummation. You will ensure complete client profiling, accurate financial documentation, and efficient loan account maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in operations is preferred, especially from banking, credit unions or finance.
• Strong organization and file management skills, both digital and physical.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client profiling & documentation: conduct borrower profiling and maintain organized credit folders.
• Loan processing: prepare basic and legal loan forms and mortgage documentation.
• Account maintenance: process loan releases and repayments, post repayments.
• Monitoring & reminders: check maturing loans and follow up on due dates.
• Compliance & reporting: monitor AMLA transactions and generate compliance reports.
• Data management: upload, digitize, and update client information and records.
• Other duties: perform related tasks as assigned.
