Responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring documentation, ensuring collateral release for paid accounts, registering and safekeeping accounts on time, and guiding loan document processing through validation and compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year Business Course.
• With at least 5 years experience in loan documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, checks, and monitors account for documentation.
• Monitors fully paid accounts for collateral release.
• Sees to it that all accounts are registered and safekept within the set turnaround time in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
• Oversees the processing of loan documents through documentary deficiencies validation and compliance checking.
