Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a candidate with 3–5 years of financial services experience for loan administration support. The role emphasizes client service, data handling, and collaboration with diverse teams to process trade documents and settlements.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in finance-related field, strong communication, and advanced Excel skills to operate in a fast-paced environment. Accenture? Not required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services or related field.
• Knowledge of loan administration and financial terminology preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Gain proficiency with external software systems and internal proprietary tools for processing trade documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process documentation and enter or upload information to record-keeping systems.
• Provide high-quality client service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Open, review, and assign files according to directory protocols.
• Monitor service delivery and team performance to improve client satisfaction.
• Support management with ad-hoc requests and cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank loan markets when communicating with counterparties.
• Assist settlement of loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, and trade claims.

Your Responsibilities

• Gain proficiency with both external software systems and internal proprietary systems to process trade documents and retrieve reports needed to perform job duties;
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely responses and resolution to inquiries;
• Process documentation, including entering the appropriate information either by data entry or upload to the record keeping system;
• Provide high quality client service internally and externally by answering inquiries and resolving problems;
• Demonstrate understanding of and ability to open, review and assign computer files according to directory/file path protocols;
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time while tracking and escalating any issues to the appropriate business unit;
• Support management by monitoring service delivery and team performance, identifying knowledge gaps and changes that will improve client satisfaction and organizational efficiency;
• Strengthen collaborative relationships across the team, actively share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team;
• Effectively support ad-hoc assignments and requests from management and stakeholders based on business needs.
• Demonstrate product and functional knowledge of the bank loan market to communicate with business and trading counterparties;
• Support the settlement process of loan syndications, secondary loan trades, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims including funding and documentation matters;
• Navigate internal systems and external/industry platforms to process trades, allocations and deliver relevant documentation accurately within time sensitive deadlines.

Your profile

• Degree-level education in a relevant area such as Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field;
• With minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial services or a related field; preferably with loan administration experience is an advantage
• Knowledge and interest in the financial services industry and operations;
• Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently and use initiative when appropriate;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities and flexibility;
• Experience reading and comprehending loan terminology;
• High attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
• Skilled in independently researching and resolving problems;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
