Job summary

Oman Shell is seeking a Loading Systems Support (LSS) Specialist to provide first-level support for loading operations across terminals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted service 24/7.

You'll work with drivers, terminal operators and customers via phone and email, monitor TMS and TABS, and escalate complex cases while delivering timely, accurate guidance on terminal processes and IT-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for loading operations at Shell Distribution and other terminals.
• Troubleshoot loading issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor systems such as TMS and TABS and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, terminal operators and customers via phone and email.
