Job summary

Oman Shell in the Philippines seeks a Terminal Operations Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for terminal activities, including dispatch coordination, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.

You will assist with day-to-day terminal administration, risk and safety initiatives, and the coordination of contractor activities, with training provided for those new to distribution operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in Distribution Operations required; training will be provided.
• Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and prepare shipping documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and regulatory documentation.
• Support safety, asset management, and incident response activities.
