You will handle credit inquiries, dispute resolution, feedback management, and support lubricant service administration, while promoting digital touchless solutions and system integrations with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations and order management
• Proven ability to resolve credit-related inquiries
• Experience handling disputes and customer complaints
• Familiarity with lubricant analysis services or related admin tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order process from placement to delivery coordination with logistics, credit and service teams.
• Provide proactive delivery status updates and resolve operational issues.
• Handle credit-related inquiries and coordinate with credit teams.
• Own end-to-end dispute resolution for quantity, pricing, tax, and master data issues.
• Manage customer complaints, feedback, and compliments with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on lubricant analysis services and system submissions.
• Promote touchless solutions and lead system-to-system integration with customers.
