Job summary

Essilor Shared Services Philippines Incorporated seeks an apprentice to manage learning content on the Leonardo platform via JIRA LOP workflows. You will upload lessons, manage localizations, create learning paths, configure assignments, and ensure accurate content deployment per business needs.

Responsibilities include analyzing requests, validating backend/frontend, coordinating with teams, and handling end-to-end ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled/graduate in Bachelor's/College Degree, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Moodle or Learning Management Systems (LMS), JIRA or ticketing tools, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity in PDF, video, podcast, and multimedia content handling, Data entry and validation.

Responsibilities

• Complete frontend and backend platform discovery, KT document review, and workflow familiarization activities.
• Analyze JIRA ticket types, workflows, and content management processes including lesson uploads and learning path requests.
• Participate in team meetings, KT discussions, and coaching sessions to understand operational processes and support expectations.
• Perform uploads and updates for different lesson types including PDF, SLL, Video, Podcast, Vodcast, Multiactivity, and External Link content.
• Create and manage master-child lesson associations, localizations, learning paths, and translation updates.
• Configure Assignment Profiles (AP), mandatory assignments, cohort rules, and trainer assignments based on ticket requirements.
• Participate in operational discussions, ticket reviews, and KT sessions to improve technical understanding.
• Perform end-to-end JIRA ticket analysis, lesson uploads, localization handling, and content assignment activities during reverse shadowing exercises.
• Handle end-to-end ticket resolution independently.
• Prepare and present a PowerPoint presentation summarizing key learnings, completed activities, challenges encountered, and over all KT experience at the end of the training program.
