Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Learning Management System Administrator (Temporary) to manage the operational logistics of our LMS from a remote location in The Philippines. You will ensure accurate learner assignments, course tracking, and system support while collaborating with instructional designers and facilitators to maintain learning paths.

Typical duties include course assignment, track maintenance, reporting, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with L&D, KM, and IT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of LMS administration experience; familiarity with learning platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and LMS reporting tools.
• Familiar with Confluence and document management systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign courses and learning programs to individuals or groups.
• Manage bulk enrollments and group creation.
• Configure learning paths, prerequisites, and dependencies.
• Generate completion reports and progress metrics.
• Provide first-line LMS support and escalate issues.
• Maintain SOPs and Knowledge Management content.
• Collaborate with L&D, KM, and IT on LMS enhancements.
