Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in LMS administration or related field.
• Experience configuring and managing an LMS, including users, modules, pathways, and assessments.
• Strong Excel capabilities (PivotTables, macros, VLOOKUP, data validation, visualization).
• Experience with PowerBI and collaboration with client success teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Seertech/LMS for seamless operation and content consumption.
• Administer LMS, test automation, manage content, users, permissions, and security.
• Provide user support and collaborate with client success to resolve tickets; work with global teams.
• Advise on technology best practices and deploy training materials via eLearning platforms.
• Demonstrate project management skills in handling eLearning projects on a large-scale LMS.
