Job summary

Advance Beyond International Consulting Inc. is seeking a TikTok Livestream Operations Specialist (Brand Coordination) to manage day-to-day livestream operations in Southeast Asia and align with brand campaigns.

You will collaborate with hosts, control staff, media buyers, and editors to execute promotions and analyze performance metrics. The role requires strong communication, scheduling coordination, and familiarity with livestream workflows, with English as the day-to-day working language.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in livestream e-commerce operations.
• TikTok Shop or Douyin experience is preferred.
• Ability to independently coordinate scheduling, product preparation, campaign execution and performance reviews.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow through on execution.
• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools to organize data and identify issues.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to livestream schedules.
• English communication for day-to-day work; experience in Southeast Asian Region markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TikTok Shop livestream operations in Southeast Asia, including scheduling, product listings, promotional setup, and livestream execution to support sales targets.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for brand partners, coordinating product information, livestream requirements, campaign schedules, and inventory; provide timely updates on progress.
• Develop product selling points, livestream scripts, and host talking points tailored to each brand and product.
• Support promotional planning to improve audience engagement and sales conversion.
• Coordinate with hosts, livestream control staff, media buyers, and video editors on preparation, live execution, and issue resolution to ensure smooth livestreams.
• Track GMV, viewership, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics; prepare regular reports and performance reviews to improve livestream content and operations.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies and platform campaigns; support campaign registration, product compliance checks, and resolution of policy violations.
