Job summary

Shin Media Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Livestream Operator to set up and run TikTok Live sessions, ensuring smooth, interruption-free broadcasts and strong audience engagement.

You will perform pre-live checks of connectivity, audio, lighting, and gear; provide live host support, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues quickly. You’ll coordinate with hosts and the marketing team to deliver campaigns and propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in livestream operations, content production, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, OBS Studio, or other platforms.
• Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, camera setup, and internet troubleshooting.
• Strong technical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate TikTok Live sessions to ensure smooth streaming.
• Conduct pre-live checks on internet connectivity, audio, lighting, camera, and streaming equipment.
• Provide technical support to live hosts during livestream, including managing stream settings, transitions, and on-screen elements.
• Monitor livestream performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in managing live comments, audience interactions, and stream engagement.
• Coordinate with hosts and marketing to ensure successful livestream campaigns.
• Track livestream performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
