Job summary

Apeiron Consultancy LTD, based in the Philippines, seeks a Brand Manager / Account Manager to oversee livestream operations and manage key brand partnerships. You will drive livestream strategy, host performance, and data-driven optimization, serving as the main contact for brand partners and coordinating with TikTok on campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in ecommerce/brand operations or TikTok roles, is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at external communication to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top 10 university in the Philippines.
• 5+ years of management-level experience in ecommerce, brand operations, or TikTok-related roles.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecommerce ecosystem and livestream structure.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving growth targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and structured communication.
• Capable of high-level external engagement with brand executives and TikTok teams.
• Highly goal-driven, adaptable to fast-paced ecommerce environments. Proficient in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Develop livestream strategies, scripts, and communication frameworks to improve performance.
• Conduct host training and management, KPI monitoring, and capability enhancement.
• Manage livestream room setup, lighting, display area, and execution flow.
• Oversee livestream execution and real-time monitoring; resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform daily/weekly data analysis; identify problems and propose optimization plans.
• Coordinate with brand partners on planning, alignment, and resource confirmation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports; attend meetings and provide strategic insights.
• Drive execution of brand plans and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with TikTok on campaign planning, support, and resources.
• Engage with TikTok teams; provide optimization suggestions and platform growth input.
