Job summary

Niv Della Beauty Innovations Inc. is seeking a Livestream Operations Associate – Analytics to drive growth on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and translate insights into actions that boost engagement, conversion, and GMV.

You will support real-time livestream operations, coordinate with hosts and internal teams, and maintain dashboards and reports to guide optimization efforts and ensure timely, accurate analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in livestream operations, management, or analytics.
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar e-commerce livestream platforms.
• Strong project ownership with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of livestream metrics, audience behavior, and e-commerce conversion.
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, real-time livestream environment.
• Basic knowledge of OBS and livestream production tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; dashboard or data visualization experience is a plus.
• E-commerce, retail, or beauty experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor livestream performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and GMV
• Identify performance drivers, trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for the team
• Act as the main liaison and point person for BAU livestreams when on duty, ensuring real-time coordination across hosts and internal teams
• Provide structured operational support based on team demands and livestream priorities
• Monitor host payouts and livestream-related performance data for accurate, timely reporting
• Support live operations including chat moderation, product pinning, and real-time updates
• Coordinate with hosts and internal teams to ensure smooth livestream execution
• Maintain dashboards, reports, benchmarks, and performance tracking systems
• Support testing and optimization of livestream formats, content, and promotional mechanics
• Support campaign, scheduling, pre-hype, and basic OBS requirements
