Job summary

HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. is seeking a Livestream Operations Manager to lead daily livestreams and coach hosts in makeup and beauty product knowledge. The role focuses on driving sales, GMV, and campaign performance across our live channels.

The candidate will monitor performance, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions. Prior experience with beauty livestreams and team leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of livestream or e-commerce experience.
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics or makeup is preferred.
• Experience managing or coaching livestream hosts.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop LIVE or other livestream platforms.
