Job summary

Shin Media in Cebu City seeks a dedicated live broadcasting assistant to set up equipment and manage streaming during sessions. You will configure OBS Studio or Streamlabs, test connectivity and lighting, and coordinate with hosts on the flow and promotional items.

You will monitor audio/video quality, assist hosts with comments, and troubleshoot issues in real time, while presenting products to drive sales. This is an in-person role with growth opportunities.

Before the Broadcast / Session

• Set up and configure streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting rigs (ring lights), and backdrops.

• Configure broadcasting and mixing software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or platform-native tools (TikTok Live, Shopee Live).

• Test internet connectivity, audio clarity, video feed, and lighting to prevent technical glitches.

• Coordinate with hosts or marketing teams on the flow, gimmicks, promotional items, and run-of-show.

During the Broadcast / Session

• Monitor live audio, video performance, and network stability in real time.

• Manage backend e-commerce controls—such as pinning products, updating stock inventory, adjusting prices, and launching flash deals or vouchers.

• Assist live hosts by reading incoming comments, answering buyer questions, or moderating chat activity.

• Troubleshoot technical issues immediately if the stream lags, drops, or equipment fails.

• (If acting as an on-camera live seller) Present and demonstrate products energetically to drive direct sales.
