A live streamer is responsible for broadcasting a company's brands across various platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. They promote and sell products, highlighting key features and benefits, while engaging viewers in real-time to boost audience numbers and retention. The live streamer represents the brand professionally, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and company policies.

Directly reports to Livestream Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the live broadcast of company's different brands on various platforms, such as - TikTok, Lazada & Shopee Stores, and other platforms.
• Responsible for introducing, promoting and selling of company's products during live sessions. Highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points of each product.
• Increase the number of live streaming viewers and followers by interacting with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing comments.
• Create a lively and engaging atmosphere to retain viewer interest.
• Manage the technical aspects of live streaming, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment. Can do simple troubleshooting in any technical issues that arise during the broadcast.
• Represent the brand professionally and authentically. Ensure all communications align with the brand’s tone and values
• Ensure all live streaming activities comply with platform guidelines and company policies by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor during all live sessions.
• Continuously improve presentation skills and technical proficiency by engaging in all training that the PPPI will provide.
• 6x a week livestream session with a total of 6-8hrs per day.

Job Requirements:

• Must have pleasing, enthusiastic and confident personality when engaging to potential customers during live stream
• College undergrad or at least High School Graduate with ability to speak in English and Tagalog
• Experience on livestreaming is an advantage and you may send us your sample video
• Excellent selling and public speaking skills
• Excellent product presentation skills Familiar and confident in front of the camera
