Skintific in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a dynamic live host to present and promote beauty products during scheduled livestreams. You will engage viewers, explain product features and usage, and answer questions in real time while upholding brand guidelines.

The role requires flexibility in shifting schedules, reliability, and a strong on-camera presence to drive audience interaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive live-selling sessions while actively promoting and showcasing beauty products.
• Present product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently to help viewers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Engage with viewers throughout livestreams by responding to questions, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and relevant product information while maintaining consistency with approved brand messaging and guidelines.
• Maintain an energetic, friendly, confident, and professional on-camera presence that reflects the brand’s image and personality.
• Follow established SOPs, livestream guidelines, and coaching recommendations provided by the Host Trainer.
• Participate in required training sessions, coaching programs, rehearsals, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with the Host Trainer and livestreaming team to continuously improve hosting skills, audience engagement, and overall livestream performance.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to the assigned work schedule.
• Contribute to achieving livestream and sales targets through effective product presentation, audience engagement, and promotional execution.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), livestream guidelines, and coaching recommendations provided by the Host Trainer.

• Collaborate closely with the Host Trainer and livestreaming team to continuously improve hosting skills, audience engagement, and overall livestream performance.

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Working Hours: 6 hours per day
• Live Hosting: 5 hours of livestreaming with a 1-hour break
• Schedule: Shifting schedule, based on business and livestreaming requirements
• Rest Days: 2 days off per week
• Holiday Work: Willingness to work on holidays, as required by the business
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing livestream schedules and operational requirements.
